Tokai Netsushori was founded as a company specializing in heat treatment and has expanded into the manufacture of finished circular saws and circular knives.
We then started the manufacture of tipped saw bodies. Our strength in manufacturing is the wide variety of industrial blades that we offer.

As the distribution of tipped saws increased, we also started the production of tipped saw grinding machines.
Although we are in a niche field, we manufacture machines to meet current trends, such as shifting from mechanical machines to digital machines.

Our strength is the flexibility that only a small company can provide.
We are the only company in Japan to provide consultation on both blades and grinding machines.

Outstanding heat treatment technology has evolved since our founding

We own a non-oxidizing furnace. The gas concentration in the furnace is controlled to adjust the degree of non-oxidation of the workpiece surface. In order to bring out the hardness and viscosity of the steel material, temperature and time must be meticulously managed.
